  6. Mock Interviews: Organizing mock interview sessions to prepare students for real interviews, helping them practice and improve their performance.
  7. Guest Lectures: Inviting industry experts and alumni to share their experiences and insights with students, providing them with valuable knowledge and networking opportunities.

    Academic Session 2025 - 26
  1. Mock Interview & Training Sessions
    The Training and Placement Cell, in collaboration with TNS India Foundation, conducted two-day Mock Interview and Training Sessions on 09 and 10 March 2026. The program aimed to enhance students’ interview skills, confidence, and understanding of common interview questions.
    A total of 47 students from B.Com (Computer Applications) participated and actively engaged in mock interview sessions, receiving constructive feedback from trainers. The training effectively helped students prepare for real interview situations and improved their overall readiness for placements.
  2. Mega Job Drive 2026 – Expanding Career Opportunities
    The Placement Cell, in association with Magic Bus India Foundation, successfully organized a Mega Job Drive on 2 March 2026 (Monday) from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on the college campus. Reputed companies including Tech Mahindra, Muthoot Finance, Bharat Biotech, Reliance Jio, Digitide, BPOC, Payzigo Fintech Pvt. Ltd., and T & G Enterprises participated in the drive, offering roles in email, chat, voice and non-voice processes, internships, and work-from-home opportunities. A large number of final-year and recently graduated students from Physical Sciences, Commerce, and Life Sciences streams attended multiple screening rounds, including aptitude tests and HR interviews. At the conclusion of the selection process, shortlisted candidates for Quess Corp Orient Ltd received their offer letters during a felicitation programme held in the college open-air auditorium. The Principal and Vice Principal personally handed over the offer letters, congratulated the selected students, and appreciated the efforts of the Placement Cell, faculty coordinators, and Magic Bus India Foundation for creating valuable employment opportunities.
  3. MoU Signing for Skill Development and Employability Enhancement
    A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between KV Ranga Reddy Degree College for Women and TNS India Foundation on 09 February 2025. The MoU establishes a collaborative framework aimed at enhancing students’ communication and aptitude skills, thereby strengthening their employability and overall professional development.
  4. Future Skills AI Initiative: TP Cell Orientation Program
    The Training and Placement Cell conducted a three-day orientation program from 04 February 2026 to 07 February 2026 in collaboration with TNS India Foundation for the upcoming workshop “Future Skills AI Initiative.” Hosted through PluginLive Technology’s online platform, the orientation aimed to enhance students’ communication, aptitude, and foundational skills to improve employability and workplace readiness. The workshop is scheduled across two months (February and March 2026) and includes structured assessments focused on communication and aptitude skills.
  5. Training and Placement Drive – Industry Engagement and Career Opportunities
    The TP Cell, in collaboration with Nirmaan Organization, conducted a Training and Placement Drive from 29 January to 02 February 2026 to prepare third-year students of Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Commerce for industry opportunities. A total of 125 students participated, and 88 students were shortlisted by the recruiting companies.
    The drive enabled valuable interaction between students and recruiters, paving the way for future employment. The participating companies included Kapston Services Limited, Grow Via Tech, Spectrum Future Tech, Tharare Global Solutions, and SDC Management Solutions.
  6. Building Future: Career Exploration & Guidance
    The Training & Placement Cell of KVRRDCW organized a guest lecture on “Building Future: Career Exploration & Guidance” on August 20, 2025, with Ms. P. R. Anuradha as the resource person. The session focused on career planning, skill development, goal setting, networking, and highlighted emerging career trends in AI/ML, data science, cybersecurity, and renewable energy. The lecture empowered students with practical insights to make informed career choices and prepare for future opportunities.
  7. Seminar on Women Leadership as Entrepreneurs
    The Training & Placement Cell organized a seminar on 14th August 2025 for 5th semester students. Dr. Jayshree Patil, Assistant Professor of Economics at KPB Hinduja College of Commerce, Mumbai, shared her experiences and spoke on topics such as recession strategies (Schumpeter’s theory), inspiring women entrepreneurs in India, the role of creativity, and challenges in entrepreneurship. The session included motivational videos and an interactive discussion, leaving students inspired to explore leadership and entrepreneurship.
  8. The TP Cell organized a Career Guidance and Mock Test session on 17th & 18th July 2025, led by Ms. D. Mahitha, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at IndiGo Airlines, in association with IACE.
    The session focused on preparing students for various competitive exams in both public and private sectors. Ms. Mahitha provided valuable insights into job opportunities, government notifications, and recruitment processes. She interacted with students, answered their queries, and motivated them to actively pursue career-building programs.
    The event was highly appreciated by the students and served as a strong step toward enhancing their career readiness.
  9. The TP Cell hosted an interactive and insightful career guidance session by Mr. R S Srikanth, Founder of Hiervio, for the final year students of KVRRDCW. The session was held on 30th June 2025 at the Computer Lab, KVRRDCW Campus.
    Mr. Srikanth provided valuable guidance on a wide range of topics including:
    1. Current industry trends and expectations
    2. Various career paths available to students
    3. Effective ways to approach companies for job opportunities
    4. Tips for succeeding in HR interviews
    5. Recommendations on job platforms suitable for freshers such as LinkedIn, Internshala, and the Campus Placement Cell
    6. The importance of internships in securing full-time roles
    The session was interactive, with students actively participating and engaging with the speaker. They gained valuable insights into emerging fields, growth opportunities, and how to strategically plan their careers after graduation.
  10. The Training & Placement (T & P) Cell of KVRRDCW, in collaboration with Disha Bharat (NGO, Telangana), organized a Personality Development Program on 25th June 2025. Final-year students actively participated in interactive sessions that included audio-visual activities, self-awareness questionnaires, yoga practice, and Pranayama techniques focused on breath control and relaxation. The program provided valuable insights into self-exploration and highlighted the mental and physical benefits of yoga.

  11. The Training & Placement (T & P) Cell of KVRRDCW, in collaboration with TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge) and SYNCHRONY, conducted a Youth Empowerment Session for final-year students on 20th June 2025.
       The session focused on key employability skills such as Resume Making, the STAR Interview Technique, and Elevator Pitch mastery. It provided valuable insights into interview preparation, communication, and self-presentation to help students confidently step into the job market.
    Academic Session 2024 - 25
  1. A 200 hours training program was organized in association with TNS Foundation India from January 20, 2025, to March 25, 2025. This program was specifically designed for third-year undergraduate (BCom) students, aiming to provide them with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their academic and professional development. The training was delivered through both on-campus and online modes, ensuring a flexible learning experience for all participants.
  2. KVRRDCW had the privilege of hosting Shri Gopal T.K. Krishna, President of Krishna Engineering Consultants, Iowa, USA, for a series of enlightening guest lectures on March 4th and 5th, 2025. His sessions focused on guiding students toward academic excellence and preparing them for professional success.
  3. The Career Guidance Program was successfully conducted on 21st February 2025 at the KVRRDCW Campus Computer Lab for all 6th-semester students across all courses. The session was organized by Sreedhar's College for Competitive Exams along with their team. During the session, the team discussed several key aspects, including: competitive exams - qualifications required for various exams, Exam coaching and preparation, ICET exam registration and preparation, which is provided free of cost.
    The session provided students with a clear understanding of exam strategies, career-building opportunities, and effective preparation techniques. Additionally, the team generously distributed free notebooks to all participants and motivated them to pursue their career goals with confidence.
    The program was highly informative and beneficial, equipping students with the necessary resources and guidance to excel in competitive exams.
  4. The Cyberensis Program was successfully conducted by Mr. M. Krishna Chaitanya, CEO & Founder of Cyberensis Infosec, on 20th February 2025 at the KVRRDCW Campus Computer Lab. The session covered a wide range of topics, including: Cyber Security and its industry relevance, Ethical Hacking and the need for cyber security, Types of Hackers, Password Security and best practices for protecting credentials, Social Security Measures, The Art of Human Hacking, Phishing Attacks and Email Scams.
    Mr. Krishna Chaitanya provided in-depth explanations on these topics, offering valuable insights and practical guidance. The interactive session allowed students to engage actively, ask questions, and gain a clearer understanding of cyber security threats and protective measures.
    The program was highly beneficial, equipping students with essential knowledge and skills to navigate the evolving cyber landscape.
  5. A seminar on "How to Control the Mind" was organized on 18th February 2025 for the 2nd Semester students by Adhyatmik Vishwa Vidyalaya. The session was graced by Mr. Amol Bhai, an advocate practicing in the Supreme Court and High Court, who shared his profound wisdom and experiences on the subject. His insights provided valuable guidance on mastering one's thoughts, enhancing focus, and achieving inner peace. The seminar was well-received by the students, who engaged actively in the discussion and gained practical techniques to cultivate mindfulness and self-discipline.
  6. On November 4, 2024, KVRRDCW Campus hosted a Mega placements drive featuring several prominent companies, including HRR Next Solutions, SS Solutions, Tech Mahindra, Genpact, JIO, Q Connect, Corpone Global Solutions, and SBI Credit Cards. The event was organized in collaboration with the Magic Bus India Foundation, providing students with a valuable opportunity for job placements.
    A total of 40 students from graduating batches spanning 2019 to 2024 participated in the drive. The outcomes of the drive are: Just Dial: 5 selections, JIO: 2 selections, Tech Mahindra: 1 student shortlisted for the further selection process.
    This drive marked a significant step for the students in securing employment opportunities and showcased the collaborative efforts of the college and its partners in supporting student careers.
  7. A two-week online internship focused on Cyber Security, organized by IBM, took place from October 21, 2024, to November 4, 2024, specifically for BSc (Computer Science) students. The internship aimed to provide participants with hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of key concepts in the field of Cyber Security.
    During this internship period, one dedicated student registered and successfully completed the course, gaining valuable insights and skills that will enhance their knowledge and employability in the fast-growing tech industry.
  8. On October 18, 2024, Tech Mind Sparc Innovations, in collaboration with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), organized a free online webinar focused on career guidance and enhancement specifically for BSc (Life Sciences) students. This initiative was designed to provide valuable insights and support to students as they navigate their career paths in the life sciences field.
    The resource person for the webinar, Mr. Vinay Teja, shared his expertise on various essential topics, including, Importance of Apprenticeship, Core Skills and Competencies and Technologies in Life Sciences
  9. On September 18, 2024, a campus placement drive was conducted by EC Overseas for the recruitment of Marketing Assistants and Counsellors. The event drew participation from five enthusiastic students, all eager to embark on their professional journeys.
    The selection process involved interviews and assessments designed to evaluate the candidates' suitability for the roles. Out of the five students who attended the drive, three were successfully shortlisted for the positions.
  10. Ms K Sunitha, Founder & Director, Eduventure Careers Overseas Education and her team conducted a Seminar on 18.09.2024, Wednesday for the final year students. They shared valuable insights regarding overseas education and placements. They have also conducted a placement drive for various positions in their office.
  11. KVRRDCW organized a Career Guidance and Mock Test session on 04th & 06th, Sep, 2024, led by Ms. D. Mahitha, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at IndiGo Airlines, in association with IACE. The sessions included guidance and mock test for students at KVRRDCW for various upcoming competitive exams in Public and Private sector. She has presented in such a way to make students understand about various job opportunities, Job openings, Government job notifications, etc., She personally answers all the queries of students, motivated them to participate in more such programmes for their future employability.

  1. Organised a "One day free Employability Enhancement Program" by United Way of Hyderabad, an NGO.They were trained by the senior corporate trainer Mr Nayeem Haqqani and his team members Ms Varsha Adepu and Mr Ravi Teja Mayakala.
  2. Organised a seminar for first year students on “Three ways to build a career” The resource person Mr R.S Srikanth, Founder,Pinco - Automated Interview App, addressed the students.
  3. A 40 days free virtual training program is organised for final year students by Besant Technologies, Bangalore. 90 students have been trained in Java, Python, Software Testing and CCNA. The program commenced from 09.04.2024 to 19.05.2024.
  4. Organised a two day ''Career Enhancement Program" for final year students.The corporate trainer, Ms Priyamvada trained and motivated students to enhance their communication skill and improve their resumes. This was organised from 26.03.2024 to 27.03.2024.
  5. IBM Skills Build & CSRBOX Micro-Internship Certified Programs on “Digital Marketing Micro-Internship” was organised for the UG students. A total of 3 students registered for the internship & successfully completed. The internship program was held from 25.03.2024 to 30.03.2024.
  6. A campus recruitment drive by M/s Concentrix (Online) was organised on 21.03.2024.
  7. A campus recruitment drive by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance was organised on 04.03.2024.
  8. A campus recruitment drive by Amazon Co. was organised on 22.02.2024.
  9. A campus recruitment drive by HDB financial services on 07.02.2024. Total 71 students were shortlisted.
  10. In association with Magic Bus India Foundation the college conducted a training program in soft skills and employability skill for final year students. The program was held from 02.01.2024 to 06.01.2024 for BSc (Physical Sciences) & BCom students and from 08.01.2024 to 12.01.2024 for BSc (Life Sciences) students.
  11. IBM Skills Build & CSRBOX Micro-Internship Certified Programs on “Data Visualisation using AI Tools” and “Placement assistance Program” was organised for the UG students. A total of 10 students registered for the internship and 5 have successfully completed. The internship program was held from 21.12.2023 to 04.01.2024.
  12. A 3-day Campus Recruitment Training program was organised during 23rd to 25th November, 2023. The program was organised to make the entire final year students gain valuable skills that are required to face the forthcoming placement drives.
  13. Organised an Interaction program on 24.11.2023 for overseas education by Eduventure Careers for III year students. A team of counsellors and financial experts visited for guiding the students regarding stem courses, scholarships procedures, educational loans and other financial matters.
  14. IBM Skills Build & CSRBOX Micro-Internship Certified Programs on “Advanced MS Excel” and “Data Analytics” was organised for the UG students. A total of 60 students registered for the internship programs and 22 have successfully completed. The internship program was held from 06.11.2023 to 20.11.2023.
  15. On 13.10.2023, a one-on- one interaction program for career guidance & overseas education was organised by Eduventure Career for III year students. Students participated actively and cleared their doubts.
  16. A seminar on Internship and Career development Courses was presented by IBM for all UG students. The resource person Ms Anjali Verma, delivered a talk on IBM’s Skill Build Internship Programs for job seekers. This was organised on 05.10.2023.
  17. A seminar on “Career Counselling and Guidance - International Education” was organised on 26.09.2023 for the final year students. Ms K Sunitha, Eduventure Career attended as resource person and presented about the opportunities in overseas education.
