Ms. S Hemalatha
A dedicated and highly qualified resource, Ms S Hemalatha, is a dynamic Administrator and Educationist. She has a robust academic background and holds degrees in MSc (Zoology) from Osmania University, BEd from Mahatma Gandhi University and MSc (Chemistry) from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
As the Vice Principal of KV Ranga Reddy Degree College for Women and a faculty for 22 years, she always ‘lead by self-example'. Honesty, integrity, loyalty and dedication towards her profession and the institution are the few parameters which she has never compromised throughout her career.
She began her career as a faculty in Zoology at KV Ranga Reddy Degree College for Women in 2006. Over years, Ms S Hemalatha successfully taught a diverse group of students and is also perfect in involving, motivating and leading students to achieve classroom goals. Her enthusiasm, initiative and innovative attitude is what has sailed her through all important academic and administrative milestones.
Ms S Hemalatha has served as a facilitator for undergraduate students of Life Sciences since 2006. She feels that by identifying and honouring each student's unique assets, interests, identities, and aspirations we can truly prepare them for their role in “smart society”. Well equipped with managerial skills and leadership qualities, her dynamic persona has been inspirational in creating a vibrant teaching-learning experience. Her firm belief in intrapersonal relationships in the professional field with every student and employee has enabled the institution to flourish.
Her efficiency and excellence towards education and administration serve as an inspiration to the institution.
